We're pet people, not lawyers. But we still need to cover the important stuff.

By booking our services, you're agreeing to the terms below. Don't worry — we've kept it as painless as a belly rub.

Your Responsibilities (The Easy Stuff)

We just need you to:

Tell us the truth about your pet's health, behaviour, and quirks (yes, even the embarrassing ones)

Let us know if your pet has ever bitten, scratched, or made a dramatic escape

Make sure your pet is vaccinated and up-to-date on flea/tick treatments

Have their harness, leash, food, and medication ready to go

The more we know upfront, the better the walk. We'd rather study the manual than get schooled mid-walk.

Our Liability (The Honest Bit)

We're not responsible for:

Injuries, illness, or damage caused by your pet (we love them, but they have minds of their own)

Pre-existing conditions or health issues you didn't tell us about

Things beyond our control — like surprise storms, rogue rabbits, or acts of the universe

What we will do:

Take every reasonable precaution to keep your pet safe

Treat your pet like family (even when they're being dramatic)

Always put their wellbeing first

Medical Emergencies (We've Got Your Back)

If something goes wrong:

We'll contact you immediately

If we can't reach you, we'll call your emergency contact

We'll get your pet to the nearest vet as fast as possible

By booking with us, you authorise us to seek emergency treatment and accept the associated costs.
(We know it's not fun to think about, but it's important.)

Cancellations (Life Happens)

We get it. Plans change.

48+ hours' notice – full refund or reschedule, whatever works for you

24–48 hours' notice – 50% refund or credit toward future walks

Less than 24 hours' notice – unfortunately, no refund (we've already cleared our schedule and emotionally prepared for your pet)

Key Holding (We'll Keep It Safe)

By providing us with a key or access code, you authorise us to enter your home to provide our services.

We'll store your key securely (we're not monsters)

We'll return it whenever you ask — no fuss, no drama

We're not responsible for loss or damage to your property unless we've been genuinely careless

We treat your home like we'd want ours treated — with respect.

Pet Transport (Safe Rides Only)

If we're driving your furry friend:

Your pet must be safely secured in a carrier or harness (we can't drive with a lap warmer)

We're not liable for injuries during transport unless we've been genuinely careless

We'll drive carefully, play calming music if needed, and send you updates

Photos (Because Your Pet Is Famous)

We might take photos of your pet during our visits — because let's be honest, they're adorable.

We'll use them for marketing, social media, and our own joy

We'll never share your personal info or location

If you'd rather keep your pet off our Instagram, just say the word. We'll respect it. (Even if your dog is incredibly photogenic.)
